    The most accurate answer is to budget for a range of .65 - .85 per piece mailed – this is the total cost including postage and all related services. The exact cost depends on actual volume mailed and features of your campaign. All X

    Maximum time required – two hours to review proofs and discuss strategy.
    After that – it is up to you. We are always available when you need our time.
     

  4. Will you be working with other dentists in my area?
    NO. We will not work with competing doctors. This is discussed and defined in terms of a certain radius in miles from your office and active patient zip codes.
     

  5. How do I get started?
    Call to make an appointment - Allow for a 30 minute consultation.

  • We will then provide a report identifying the number of families in your area that meet the correct criteria to be contacted.

  • We will also provide a detailed proposal outlining all services and costs with in 48 hours.

  • Upon receiving a 25% deposit check – the short process starts in getting your postcard design completed.

  • You will be billed over a period of time consistent with your delivery of services.
