Design Options
Note:
Our customer service team will talk with
you over the phone and help you with the
design options. Please read through these
short instructions. It will help you
prepare for a quick and easy ordering
process with our team.

Front of Postcard (1-6)
Please pick TWO designs from the current
options for the FRONT of your postcard.
The front of the postcard can not be
changed.
We will be making THREE mailings –
postcard #1 will be mailed twice as
indicated on our Mailing Time Line
Graphic below.

Back of Postcard
The BACK of your postcard will have the
variable information unique to your
practice.
Please see the sample and discuss the
copy you want with our customer service
representative. The information on your
postcards should be consistent with what
is on your website.

Proof Approval
Once your decisions regarding designs
and copy have been made, we will provide
a proof for you to sign stating that all
information is correct. We can not start
print production until the proof has
been approved.
Mailing Dates
Your first mailing will go out within
thirty days of proof approval. Our
customer service team will be confirming
mailing dates after printing has been
scheduled.
