  1. What kind of results can I expect?
    Every community is different – but the math is in your favor when you consider the value of a
    new patient/family over time. Things to consider:

            How many family members will become new patients?
            How many referrals will the new family generate over the years?
            Can I afford not to connect with a new family in my community?

     

  2. Can I have more than one zip code?
    Yes — we will work with you if your current patient base is from multiple zip codes.
     

  3. Can I do less than 500 new homeowners?
    We have data that confirms your area averages close to 500 new homeowners over the last
    twelve months. Doing less than 500 is cost prohibitive.
     

  4. Can I mail to more than 1000 families?
    Yes. We will prepare a special quotation for these situations.
     

  5. Can I change the designs I choose?
    The front of the postcard can not change. The back of the postcard can have copy that is
    specific to your practice. See our
    Design Options sheet for more information.
     

  6. Will I get a list of the names of the families that receive my mailing each month?
    Yes.
     

  7. Does your list contain every family that moves into the zip code I select?
    No list is 100% complete, but we guarantee that our list is 100% accurate. Every new
    homeowner name on our list is a family that occupies a home within your selected zip code.

     

  8. When can I renew my zip code areas?
    We will contact you 90 days before we project your program will be completed. You will have
    first options on your area. Our goal is to work with the same dentists year after year.

     

  9. Does XPAND MEDICAL do other types of practice building mail programs?
    Yes – we also do demographic mail campaigns that can help you increase your opportunities
    for more specialized services like braces and cosmetic dentistry.

    We can help your practice focus on the households in you community that have children or
    adults in certain age categories, income levels and proximity to your office. So if you wanted
    to increase your cosmetic services – we can help you communicate to the families that will
    have the highest probability of being interested in these types of dental procedures. See the

  10. What do you mean by “shift your advertising dollars”?
    If you are spending money on the yellow pages or other print ads – consider “shifting” those
    same dollars to the NEW NEIGHBOR PROGRAM. Research confirms very few people use the
    yellow pages in the era of the internet.

    If you invest in print ads, they can easily get lost among the pages upon pages of information
    and competing advertisements. Consider less general advertising and more target marketing.
    Your postcards are a stand alone communication that goes directly to the home of a motivated
    audience — a new homeowner. You will get a better response rate with targeted mail.
