soon as possible and we will confirm if your
zip code areas are available. You can have
more than one zip code.

STEP 2
Select Package Options
Because the number of families moving
into your community varies each month, we
package our program by the total number of
families to be contacted in a zip code area
over time.

Packages are based on – 500, 750, 1000 families.

the best package based on move-in averages
for your community.

We will contact each new homeowner three
times over a six month period. You can
choose two designs from our Design Options.
Please see our Design Options sheet for more information.

The process is easy:

• Choose copy for the back of the postcard
  (use some of the same information that already exits on your website).
• We will provide a proof for your approval.
